I got a kick out of the story's twists and turns. It felt like you were really writing about what's going on today but in metaphors.

I liked it when James turned the supervisor into an alien and it was a riot when he decided to become a senator.

It's good to see that your brain is in great shape and that the screwballs have not given you their contageous disease named "screwballwithatwistontop".

Love,

Nicely woven story, though I got a bit turned around in the middle there. I dig the tongue-in-cheek names of the institute an street names. I'm guessing you took a bit more than 5 minutes. Really, very good.

Thanks for submitting your story this week. You obviously had the whole story very clearly in your head and from the flow of the prose, the characters and scenes demanded that they be expressed.
Fiction Friday is such a great space for first drafts to be published and yours captures exactly this. Blood on a page - ideas thick and fast.
I look forward to seeing this story tightened up, superfluous words and phrases cut - so the the true beauty and thrust of the story is shown.

my submission for this weeks prompt can be found here.

I enjoyed the story and did not find the ending so sad. I felt that Dean blacked out and that there would or could ne a sequel to this story as Dean is saved. Good read, Ginger
